Michigan laws on sex offenses are horrendously oppressive. To get a good disposition in these cases you have to have a defense. I work aggressivly to prepare the best possible defense. Why? Because I may have to go to trial and if I do have to go to trial, I want to be well prepared.
My top priority to defend my client is to do the very best job I can for them. Answer their questions, make sure they are well represented, to prepare the best possible defense for them. Or if they want to resolve the case, get them the very best plea bargain and sentence bargain that is out there for them.
