Three people arrested on drug charges in Michigan

Three people have been arrested after the police near Inland Township reportedly discovered illegal drugs and a firearm in their vehicle. According to the police, the group was initially pulled over because of a moving violation. When the authorities searched their vehicle, they say they found a handgun and several bags of narcotics.

As a result, the driver and both passengers were arrested and charged with felony drug crimes. The driver is a 23-year-old woman who was charged with manufacturing meth and carrying an illegal firearm. One of her passengers received the same charges while the other passenger received a single charge of methamphetamine possession.

Bail has been set for all three individuals with the highest being set at $500,000. The three of them are currently in Benzie County Jail, and a court date has not yet been announced.
